We specialize in data recovery.
We typically charge $35 for laptop and desktop diagnostic fees. All custom gaming computers are $65. All fees are applied to the final bill so they are not extra charges.
Every repair is different. To look at your computer would typically take 1-2 days. Repair could take anywhere from 1 day to the time it takes to receive an ordered part.
We can offer remote support for commercial and residential customers. The only time we cannot fully provide a fix is if there is a hardware issue present. We can also schedule onsite visits.
